The Childrens Church has began a new set of lessons, titled God's Amazing Creations. We just recently finished the set of lessons themed My Friend Jesus and the children learned so much about how God is always there for us, how we can serve God and how we can share about Christ with others.
As we approach this new lesson theme, God's Amazing Creations we are very excited to explore with the children the many different things that God created and explain to them that God has created all things. These lessons are broken up into parts to explore the seven days of creation and the theme is one that will hopefully keep each child interested in what is being taught. There are many topics of discussion as well as activities planned for this theme. This definitely will bring up some interesting discussions and activities.
We are excited to explore the seven days of creation together as a class, as together we learn great things!
Since Memorial Day is on May 31st we will be holding a Memorial Service the Sunday prior to Memorial Day on May 30th. Please turn in any names of loved ones you would like read during this service to Sister Sue before this date.
Our Church will be doing its Spring Cleaning where all of the Members pitch in and help clean on May 15th beginning around 9AM.
